3. Ordering and Payment

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
   
• Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
   
• Custom orders must be clearly detailed at the time of purchase. Once placed, custom orders cannot be modified.
   

4. Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United States.
   
• Shipping times vary based on item availability and customization requirements.
   
• We are not responsible for delays due to carriers or weather-related disruptions.
   

5. Local Preview Program (Lubbock, TX Only)

• Select items may be offered for home preview for 1–2 days.
   
• If the customer chooses not to keep the item, a $10 pickup fee applies.
   
• Items must be returned in original condition. Damaged items may be subject to repair or replacement fees.
   

6. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final.
   
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.
   
• If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the product and packaging.
   

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including logos, images, designs, text, and product names) is the property of Zahara or its content creators and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zahara is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our site or products. All products are for decorative or non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.
