Frequently Asked Questions

1. What kind of products do you offer?
We offer handcrafted pieces including sublimated aluminum art, personalized glassware, Mayan ceramics, indigo apparel, and restored vintage wood. Each item is made or finished by hand — no two pieces are alike.


2. Are the items exactly as shown in the photos?
All products are photographed to reflect their true look. However, due to their handmade nature, slight variations in texture, color, or finish may occur — this is part of their uniqueness.


3. Can I personalize a product?
Yes. Many of our items, especially glassware and aluminum frames, can be customized with names, dates, or inscriptions. Just check the product description or contact us for options.


4. Can I preview a custom design before it's made?
Due to the nature of our process and limited production capacity, we do not offer design previews before finalizing custom or personalized items. We recommend being as specific as possible with your request when ordering.


5. What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Personalized and custom items are non-refundable. Please contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged. For more details visit our Terms & Conditions section.


6. What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll evaluate the case and resolve it accordingly.


7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.


8. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or personalized items may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s shipped.


9. Do you offer gift options?
Yes. You can mark your order as a gift at checkout. Gift wrapping and handwritten notes are available for select items.


10. How do I care for my piece?
Gently dust or wipe aluminum and glassware with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Ceramics and textiles should be handled with care and kept away from excessive moisture or direct sunlight.


11. What is the Vintage Restoration section?
This is where we give a second life to wood furniture and decor. Each piece is carefully restored, reinvented, and given a new purpose while honoring its original story.


12. Do you offer local services in Lubbock, TX?
Yes! Local customers can request a Home Preview — we’ll let you try select pieces at home for 1–2 days. If returned, there’s a $10 pickup fee. Items must be in original condition.


13. Who is responsible for items during a Home Preview?
The customer is responsible for the item during the preview period. If it is returned damaged, repair or replacement charges may apply.
